Client Services Manager
Bre majored in Business Administration at University of Mobile. She is a licensed insurance Broker with 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Licensed to operate in four states, she brings several years of expertise in Medicare coverage, delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs. Additionally, Bre has six years of specialized experience in travel insurance, business insurance, expatriate coverage, accident insurance and student insurance, including four years as Director of Operations for a global insurance company. In this role, she oversaw TPA management, claims processing/analysis, and forensic claims adjudication for fraud investigation, ensuring seamless service delivery worldwide. With eleven years of experience in cardiac implantable device certification , prior authorization, and cardiac surgical documentation, completed by a background in nuclear medicine technology. Bre combines deep industry knowledge with a client focused approach to provide exceptional service and support.
Bre started with Coastal WB in 2024 as a Client Relationship Manager with the primary responsibility of attending to our clients’ needs in any capacity. Bre is responsible for maintaining communications with clients when issues are at hand, responding to emails or phone calls within the day, and keeping clients up to date on progress with frequent communications. Bre either oversees or directly resolves all client service issues using her extensive background in claims processing / adjudication and prior authorization / pre-certification to advocate for our clients in the event of complicated claims issues.
Bre actively maintains her Medicare certifications and acts as our client Medicare Advocate. She is available to meet with employees considering retirement or becoming eligible for Medicare and assist them with education about the options available to them through Medicare. This service is a great value to employees that often do not know where to get assistance with these issues and can be a great benefit to the employer as some of these aging employees leave the group health plan.
